Our harness has 2 adjustable buckles and 2 neck straps to ensure a perfect fit for your puppy. It features one aluminum-alloy V-ring on the dog's back and one stainless steel O-ring on the dog's chest to attach the leash. The comfortable, lightweight mesh lining with soft sponge padding in the chest and belly does the best to prevent dog injuries than a collar. The reflective material ensures good visibility at night, and the handle on the top is convenient for controlling your puppy.

Based on the measurements and their chart, the medium size fits our 28 lb chihuahua mix accurately. This harness is very easy to put on; we simply slip the opening over her head, then click the two straps into place under her belly. It is very sturdy, both in the straps and the metal rings used for attaching the leash, rather than plastic. The chest and back both have padding, so I don't think it would hurt her even if I had to pull her hard. There is a ring on the front if you want to clip your dog facing forward. The deep purple color is also quite stylish. It's heavy-duty but not insanely heavy like some "hiking harnesses" found at Petco.

I've bought many dog harnesses over the years, and these are the best I've ever used. They are highly reflective, durable, and the straps don't slide loose between uses. Other harnesses I've bought need to be readjusted constantly to stay fitted to the dog. These can also be hooked from the front, which is the easiest way for me to keep the dogs from pulling.
