Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Ensure the product is clean, hair-free, and in its original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
